Patches

Here is another quilt top that I have been working on recently. As you can see, I am missing a row and I'm going to work on that later today. I Actually designed this one myself too and want to put a solid thin inner border, a square in a square middle border, and an outer border the same material as the inner one. Another thing that I have been thinking about doing is designing my own fabric lines. Would any of you be interesting in buying some if I can actually get it manufactured? If so, what would you like to see on that material?

Do you remember those little stacks of four-patches that I was making as leaders and enders? Well here they are on the design wall with the red squares as spacers. The top three rows are sewn together, as is the bottom one. I have never used red as a background like this and think that it is coming together very nicely.

If you would like to help me with my fabric design project, please answer these questions in the comment section.

1) What are your favorite colors in fabric
2) What are your favorite designs in fabric
3) How much fabric do you normally buy?

Thank you for your help and I look forward to hearing your reply!
